I have wanted to lose weight for years and was doing what a lot of us do every year, I am sure. I would make a New Years Resolution to lose weight. Go out and get a Gym membership. I would go and do an easy walk on the tread mill to ease myself into it and then after a few days something would come up and I would say, “I am too busy to work out today. I will do it tomorrow.” I would keep pushing it off to tomorrow, always tomorrow.

I started with Todd at the end of February and it one of the best decisions I ever made. He took the time to get to know me and understand what I needed from him to succeed. Once you understand how exercise and nutrition come together and you make it a lifestyle its amazing how quickly the weight comes off, Todd was able to teach me that.I am still on my journey of weight loss but I know because of Todd and his training I will succeed in losing the weight and most importantly keep it off. I have struggled for years to try and get into better shape and lose weight. I have tried so many different diets (ie. Atkins, Slim Fast, LA Weight Loss and Dr. Bernstein) but after training with Todd he made me realize that none of those diets work.
